Gospel artiste and songwriter Danny Mutabazi recently released a new song, “ Turirimbe”, where he talks about salvation and the assurance of eternal life that all believers have in Jesus Christ, who died and resurrected to save the fallen world.
“We sing of Jesus, who died, rose and conquered death. Blood of Jesus cleanses me and His light shines on me. I am now a new creature. Let us sing of Jesus, who died to save us from eternal death,” the lyrics read in part.
Mutabazi is known for producing well-driven and biblical centred lyrics. Turirimbe is the artiste’s 18th song.
According to the artiste, inspiration for the new song came from Romans 8:1-4, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit….”
The word of God in John 3:16 assures with no shadow of a doubt salvation and eternal life.
John recorded in John 3:16 what Jesus himself said.
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
The singer explained that the song conveys the good news of Jesus Christ and His unconditional love.
“His atonement gives us assurance of eternal life. The world should believe in Christ, for He is the source of eternal life,” Mutabazi said.
Mutabazi revealed that he is working on more music projects and plans to release more songs.
He shared his message with the public, assuring them that Jesus is alive and that they should prepare for His return.
