President and Commander-in-Chief of the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF), Paul Kagame, on June 8 appointed gospel singer Lt. Col. Simon Kabera as deputy military spokesperson.
Kabera is a well-known gospel singer in Rwanda and is credited for recording and releasing songs that are changing the lives of many people. Some of his songs include Ukwiye Amashimwe, Mfashe Inaga, Hari inshuti and Munsi Yawo among others.
