Participants, both local and international, were engaged in different activities such as: morning workshops and evening worship events under the theme ‘The Heart of Worship.’ The event kicked off on October 28 and ended on Sunday October 30.

The conference also featured other activities including exploring the country’s historic sites and tourist attractions and participating in the monthly community service locally known as Umuganda.

Participants also visited Nyandungu Urban Wetland Eco-Tourism Park where they held a fellowship in prayer, created networks as well as networking with one another. They also visited the National Heroes’ Museum in Remera and Campaign against Genocide Museum at the Parliamentary buildings in Kimihurura, as well as participated in Umuganda to clean roads in Kamahwa village where they were joined by local leaders among other officials.

The conference, which returned to the physical stage after two years of Covid-19, was intended to network, share knowledge and embrace teamwork spirit among African gospel artistes.

The event also served as a platform where worship leaders are equipped on how they can observe excellence in the area of their calling in their different churches.
