Burundian gospel artiste Dadu Callixte currently living in South Africa, Cape Town has released his latest song “Ndi Uwawe”.
The new product is the second song on an album to be completed by next year. The album will be composed of six songs.
Growing up singing in church is one of the major reasons he said could have pushed him to do gospel music.
His first 2 products were titled “Yarambabariye and Ndi Uwawe”. Dadu started singing in church in 2009, but as an artiste he released the first song in 2019.
During an interview with the Gospel Time Rwanda, Dadu revealed that healing messages is the theme of his songs.
“When I sing, I disseminate messages of healing. I pray that broken and hopeless hearts could be healed so that they can praise and worship God in Truth,” he noted.
To other gospel artistes, Dadu plead that they serve God in Truth and Spirit.
Despite the interruptions of COVID 19, the artiste is planning to resume his postponed projects soon.
His songs are produced by Bruce and Boris from Kigali based Flick Studio.
