More gospel worshippers in to grace Slaves of Worship show

Renowned gospel worshippers are set to grace the second edition of Slaves of Worship show scheduled for August 18th this year.

Artistes include Patient Bizimana, Arsene Tuyi, Serge Iyamuremye, Christian Irimbere, couple of Daniella and James. Among others are Tehillah Dawn Ministries, Shekinah Dance Masoro, and Shekinah Worship team Masoro.

Apostle Joshua Masasu and his wife Lydia Masasu will be present. The show is expected to start from 5 pm and entrance is free.

Under the theme retrieved from the book of Romans 6:18, “you have set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness,” the gospel event is organized by Shining Stars team of Evangelical Restoration Church Masaro.

Reflecting on the previous edition’s outcomes, Jake Kezi who is the president of Shining Stars, said that Slaves of Worship is a platform to tell people about salvation.

“Our previous edition was in 2016. It was so productive. Our main goal is to bring people to Christ through performances including dances, and sketches,” he said. “ By the grace of God, several people were saved in the first edition.”

The bible says that when one person turns their ways and receives Christ, there is celebration in heaven. “We are really thankful to God that in the last edition we have experienced people’s transformation.”

The upcoming edition will feature various performances, and sermons by Apostle Joshua Masasu.

Our overall message is to tell people that we have been saved from the slavery of the devil to the slavery of righteousness in Jesus.

Shining Stars is a gospel dance group based in Evangelical Restoration Church Masoro. Their main purpose is to praise God through dances, and sketches. The team is characterized by love, and prayers as true servants of God.
