God says, Son if the mountain was smooth, you couldn’t climb it.

The headline above looks to be a plain one for any ordinary person.

But in a special way, when I first heard of it, from Wintley Phipps, an ordained Seventh-day Adventist minister, vocal artist, usually singing inspirational gospel music,

I heard the lord’s touch on this message.

This is a plea I undoubtedly believe that people, just like I did not relate to.

In most cases, the bible doesn’t encourage a lazy life to Christians; this was depicted in the saviour’s life on earth, where he sacrificed his life just for whoever believes in him to receive the gift of salvation.

In his writing to the Colossians, Apostle Paul highlights that Christians are obliged to do their responsibilities fully, regardless of any obstacles that the world may put in their sight.

Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human beings”

God’s Word is filled with promises from our Creator to provide and deliver. The Bible is the ultimate source for truth and God is faithful to fulfill all His promises

As you embark on your scripture journey, read Bible verses about the promises of God, claim them over your life!

Freedom from addictions, deliverance from sin and evil, financial provision, hope for lost and hurting family and friends, overcoming depression, recovering a marriage, good health, healing, being free from fear and anxiety, strength, and many more are the blessings and gifts that God promises to provide for those who believe in Him.

Pray over them and speak them out loud and you will be in a position to see God move in your life for His glory and your good!
