South African gospel icon Benjamin Dube to perform in Kigali

The mode at which Kigali is hosting world famous artistes could arguably prove the extent to which Rwandan Gospel music reaches.

After hosting World famous praise and worship leader, Pastor Don Moen in February this year, another popular gospel artiste is expected to perform in Kigali this year in August.

For the first time, Benjamin Dube from South Africa will be in Kigali on invitation from True Promises Ministries.

Dubbed “True worship” live concert, the event is scheduled for August 11; in a venue that is not confirmed.
Guest choirs that will perform are also not yet confirmed.

According to the organizers, the event is an opportunity to host an experienced worshiper and learn from him, since they will hold discussions with him on praise and worship related topics.

Benjamin Dube is a Bishop of High Praise Centre Church, a songwriter, singer, music producer, Pastor, founder of renowned choir spirit of praise. He has been in the gospel music industry for over 33 Years. So far, he has recorded at least 21 Albums. Dube has received five crown Awards including lifetime award, best gospel producer among other recognition.
