Female gospel music musician Gaby Kamanzi has released a new video for her song “Nzahora Nshima.”
Translated “I will always praise you,” the video came out about a day ago. It is one of the songs on her new album which she is currently recording, and hoping to release later this month.
It was recorded live by WaveLab Studios, a recording house that has produced gospel songs for other artistes including the Prayer House Band, formerly Beauty for Ashes.
The video, which is a live recording as well was directed and shot by Bob Chris Raheem.
According to the artiste, the song is inspired by the work of Jesus on the cross to erase the sins of those that trust in Him.
“This song came to me when I was meditating on the work Jesus did on the cross, carrying my sins away so that today I can be holy and free before God. What an amazing thing!” she said about the song.
Kamanzi has been in the industry for almost 8 years now. She stands out as one of the most renowned gospel artistes. She is also a worship leader at Restoration Church Kimisagara, as well as one of the vocalists in the Shekinah, a worship team belonging to the same church.
It has been more than a year since Kamanzi released a song. Her audio hit “HEJURU” had been her latest until now. It was released more than a year back.
For Kamanzi, the long wait was meant to focus on quality, investing in the song in order to release something good and professional.
Kamanzi launched her debut album “Ungirira Neza” in 2013. She is known for her exceptional vocal ability with which she has served the gospel music lovers through the years with songs like Neema ya Goligota, Il est Vivant, Wowe Muremyi, You Are All I need and Amahoro.
According to information from her management team, Kamanzi will be launching her second album this year through a live recording concert.
