“My big goal is to serve others and feeding people who are hospitalized in Rwanda, the initiative I started before I came to Canada, ”she noted.
She said that the title of her debut album was drawn from the book of Isaiah 41:10 to tell people that they could not fear anything since God is with them and that no matter what situation they are in, there is not any reason to give up on their dreams.
The album carries the songs like Mwami Ndaje, Wastahili ft BKY, Nyemerera, Witinya, Muriwe, Lift him up and Ubuhungiro.
Mushimiyimana started to sing at age of 12 in Burundi. She grew as a worship leader at Gatsata based Assemblies of God, IFBK in Kacyiru High school and also at ULK in 2004.
In Canada since 2004, she performed in various shows featuring different artists like Krystal.
“Singing and teaching youth is my passion,” she said.
Mushimiyimana advised her fellow ladies not to give up until they reach their dreams despite many tasks as they get married.
